The Estate details page

Estate details is the first page inside an estate. The heading is the estate name. Under it, a line says the tools along the side stay with this estate. If a Premium purchase is still pending, a note says the free tools are available in the meantime.

About this estate is the list of facts. A fact that has not been filled in says Not entered. The estate administrator sees Edit beside the heading. A collaborator sees the same list without Edit.

The list can include:

  • Estate name
  • Date of death
  • Place of death
  • Surviving spouse. When the answer is yes, whether the administrator is the spouse. When someone else is the spouse, that person's name, email, phone, and mailing address.
  • Trust. When the answer is yes, the trust name and the administrator's role: successor trustee, co-trustee, or not a trustee. When someone else is the trustee, that person's name and how to reach them.
  • Will. When the answer is yes, the administrator's role: executor, co-executor, or not an executor. When someone else is the executor, that person's name and how to reach them. Will jurisdiction and the probate county or municipality appear unless the answer is that there is no will.
